SECOND AGREEMENT ADDENDUMAgreement Addendum • October 31st, 2022
("DACC") (collectively, the “Parties”) entered into an Agreement in October 25, 2004 to establish a career and technical (vocational) education program (the "Agreement"). Among other things, the Agreement required Worthington to pay DACC a “Service Charge” in accordance with the procedure set out therein. The Agreement also provided that it would continue in force and effect through the 2009-2010 school year. At that time, the Agreement renewed automatically for successive five year periods and will continue to do so unless either party gives written notice to the other party's Superintendent, 18 months prior to the year in which the Agreement expires, of the party's intent to terminate or modify the contract terms; and
