This set of additional terms (“Terms”) applies to the Free Trial version of the Okta online services branded as Okta Privileged Access (hereinafter, “OPA”). OPA is a Free Trial (beta program) and is subject to the Free Trial terms found in Okta’s Master Subscription Agreement, which is publicly available at https://okta.com/agreements (“Master Subscription Agreement”). These Terms do not apply to any Okta Service, Professional Services, Support Services, Non-Okta Applications, or training services made available by Okta, as those terms are defined in Okta’s Master Subscription Agreement. These Terms apply to electronic data submitted by customers or on behalf of a customer to OPA (“Customer Data”).
