This Assignment and Assumption Agreement (Project Committees 21 and 24) (“Agreement”) is between Moulton Niguel Water District (“MNWD”), El Toro Water District (“ETWD”), City of Laguna Beach (“CLB”), South Coast Water District (“SCWD”) and Emerald Bay Service District (“EBSD”), each of which are a “Party,” and together are the “Parties.” This Agreement is effective as of , 2024 (“Effective Date”).
