THIS AGREEMENT IS BY AND BETWEEN PING IDENTITY CORPORATION (“PING IDENTITY”) AND THE COMPANY OR ENTITY ON WHOSE BEHALF YOU ENTERING INTO AN ORDER FORM (AS DEFINED BELOW) (“CUSTOMER”). YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND CUSTOMER TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR BY ACCESSING, USING OR INSTALLING ANY PART OF THE PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO AND CONSENTS TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
