This Agreement has been or will be submitted to the Commission or any other Relevant Authority for review, and this Agreement will not be binding on the Parties in any respect until Buyer shall have received official, written: (i) approval of this Agreement or (ii) a statement of no objection to the execution of this Agreement by the Commission or any other Relevant Authority, or (iii) a statement from the Commission or any other Relevant Authority that this Agreement is not subject to review by the Commission or any other Relevant Authority. If a party does not accept any changes in this Agreement required by the Commission or any other Relevant Authority prior to the initial effectiveness of this Agreement, such Party may by notice to the other refuse to approve such changes in which case the provisions of clause (c) below shall apply.
