THIS INCENTIVE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of XX, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and is between PRATT AND WHITNEY, a division of RAYTHEON TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “P&W”), and BUNCOMBE COUNTY, a public body politic and a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina (“County”). P&W and the County may also be referred to as “Parties” in this Agreement.
