THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED MASTER AGREEMENT for the provision, use and maintenance of educational, recreational and community facilities (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of by and between the CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH, a municipal corporation (“City”), and the MANHATTAN BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public school district duly organized under the laws of the State of California (“District”). City and District may be referred to as “parties” herein.
