This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of February 20, 2008 by and between the California Corporations Commissioner (“Commissioner”), on the one hand, and Pragudha Financial Services, Inc. dba: MLA Chino Hills Payday Check Cashing; MLA Chino Payday Loan; MLA Chino 2 Payday Loan (“MLA”) and Radha Patel (“Patel”) on the other hand, (hereinafter collectively “the Parties”).
