THIS AGREEMENT, which shall be deemed to be dated as of the date the last party executes this Agreement, by and between the City of Schenectady, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having its offices located at City Hall, 105 Jay Street, Schenectady, NY 12305 (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and the Schenectady City School District, an educational corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal offices at 108 Education Drive, Schenectady, NY 12303 (hereinafter referred to as the “District”). Together, the City and the District shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
