Access Determination No 2 of 2017 Final Access Determination (“FAD”) made by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) on 24 May 2017 for the declared Local Bitstream Access Service (“LBAS”) under Section 152BC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“CCA”), but the express terms and conditions of this Agreement take priority over and shall apply over any provisions of the FAD that directly or indirectly conflict with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement.
