FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual terms, covenants, and conditions herein, District hereby grants to Concessionaire, pursuant to its powers under Section 5540 of the Public Resources Code of the State of California and approval by the District Board of Directors resolution #202_- , the exclusive license to operate the food and boat rental concession facility at Lake Chabot Regional Park, signed by the parties, and incorporated herein, subject to the following terms and conditions.
