This Housing Contract is a legally binding document that details a set of conditions between you, (the “Resident”), and The University of Mississippi (the “University”). This Housing Contract may be terminated only under the conditions specified herein. Residents and their parents or guardians are urged to read carefully the terms and conditions of this Housing Contract. If the Resident is under 19, a parent or guardian must also sign this Housing Contract along with the Resident. We ask that your parent or legal guardian sign so they understand that you, the Resident, are entering a legally binding contract.
