This Memorandum of Understanding, hereinafter referred to as “MOU,” entered into this day of , 2010 2013, which date is stated for purposes of reference only, is by and between Pathways to Hope, a Maine based non-profit corporation, with subsidiary programs in the State of California, herein referred to as "CONTRACTOR," and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” acting through the Orange County Community Resources/Animal Care Services, hereinafter referred to as “OC SHELTER,” and the Probation Department, hereinafter referred to as “PROBATION.” This MOU shall be administered by the County of Orange Chief Probation Officer, hereinafter referred to as “ADMINISTRATOR.”
