This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by the Cities of Hurst (“Hurst”); Euless (“Euless”); the (“Bedford”); and Grapevine (“Grapevine”). Hurst, Euless, Bedford and Grapevine are referred to herein individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. There are no other parties to this Agreement. The Parties are all political subdivisions of the State of Texas.
