This Amendment (“Amendment”), effective as of July 1, 2018 (“Amendment Effective Date”), to the Construction and Industrial Equipment Contract No. 22101000-15-1 (“Contract”), is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”) and National Lift Truck Services, Inc. (“Contractor”) collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Contract unless otherwise defined herein.
