For purpose of establishing credit with Mangia, the undersigned applicant(s) warrants and represents that the information set forth in this credit application is true and accurate. Moreover, the undersigned agrees to credit terms of sale and, in the event Creditor (Mangia) brings suit on any debt owed by Debtor, Creditor shall be entitled to recover, in addition to the amount of the debt, all cost and expenses of collection and/or litigation, including a reasonable fee, and any accrued interest as allowed by law.
