On March 31, 2020, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an amended Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) among PJM, Zongyi Solar American Company, LTD (Zongyi Solar), and Jersey Central Power & Light Company (Amended Zongyi Solar ISA).1 You state that the Amended Zongyi Solar ISA modifies and updates certain information in an existing ISA between the parties that was previously accepted by the Commission in Docket No. ER17-133-000 (Initial Zongyi Solar ISA). You further state that the revisions reflect the fact that Zongyi Solar is not going forward with the increase in Maximum Facility Output and upgrades set forth in the Initial Zongyi Solar ISA, and that the changes reflected in the Amended Zongyi Solar ISA are effectuated by the Agreement to Amend executed by the parties.
