This agreement (together with all attachments, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 10 day of November 2021, by and between ____________ (“interconnection customer”), as a ______________ organized and existing under the laws of the State of ______________ and Ameren Illinois Company, (“Electric Distribution Company” or “EDC”), a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Illinois. Interconnection customer and EDC each may be referred to as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
