This Contract is entered into by and between the Washington State Department of Corrections, hereinafter referred to as “Department” or “DOC”, and PLHARDYMAN, LLC, located at 91 Westwind Road, Stockbridge, VT 05772, thereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, for the express purposes set forth in the following provisions of this Contract. The Department and Contractor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
