A COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTCollective Agreement • January 4th, 2008
This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Board and its employees represented by the Union. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Board and its employees, to make provisions herein for wages, employee benefits, hours of work and working conditions and to provide an orderly method of settling grievances under this Agreement which may arise from time to time.
