WHEREAS, pursuant to the Letter of Agreement (forming part of the Central Collective Agreement for teachers executed on November 2, 2015 between the Crown, The Ontario Public School Boards' Association ("OPSBA") and The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario ("ETFO")), and pursuant to a Letter of Agreement (forming part of the Central Collective Agreement for education workers executed on November 27, 2015 between the Crown, OPSBA and ETFO) it has been agreed that an employee life and health trust to be known as the “Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario Employee Life and Health Trust” will be established and this Agreement and Declaration of Trust (the “Agreement”, as defined herein) records the terms and conditions of such trust established

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Letter of Agreement (forming part of the Central Collective Agreement for teachers executed on August 25, 2015 between the Crown, OCSTA and OECTA, it has been agreed that an employee life and health trust to be known as the “Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association Employee Life and Health Trust” will be established and this Agreement and Declaration of Trust (the “Agreement”, as defined herein) records the terms and conditions of such trust established for the benefit of the Beneficiaries as defined in this Agreement;
