(“Effective Date”) between KanREN, Inc., a Kansas nonprofit membership corporation (“Customer”), and Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and its Affiliates ("Zoom”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to Customer's purchase of bulk Services (defined below) and its distribution and management of those Services to Members (defined below). The Services to which Customer has subscribed shall be specified in one or more Zoom order form(s) (“Order Form”).
