This Tenant Based Rental Assistance contract (the “Contract”) is entered into between the City of North Miami (“Program Administrator”), YMP Center Court, LLC (“Owner”), and Joequisha Joseph (“Tenant”) as of the “Contract Start Date” as such terms are identified in Exhibit A, Project Specific Information, attached to and incorporated within this Contract.
