The Fraunhofer Institute for Algorithms and Scientific Computing (SCAI) has developed the Software “SAMG” (“SOFTWARE”) and has granted a distribution license to scapos AG (“SCAPOS”), so that scapos is entitled to grant licenses to you (“LICENSEE”).
