Service Provider in accordance with the conditions set forth in the work plan attached hereto as Appendix 1 (the "Work Plan"). The Parties may update and amend the Work Plan from time to time by mutual written agreement. 4. The rendering of Services shall begin immediately after execution of this Agreement and shall cease upon receipt and written approval of all results of rendered Services as specified in Article1.1. (“Results”) by BI RCV pursuant to Article 2 below. 5. In accordance with Applicable Law, Service Provider will ensure that (i) all necessary submissions, notifications and/or application(s) have been made, (ii) all necessary documentation and information is available, and (iii) all required reviews and approvals (or favourable opinions) by applicable regulatory authorities and competent IRB/EC have been obtained for the performance of the Trial.
