This Master SaaS and Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Unbounded Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Unbounded Labs”) with a place of business at 13051 Telecom Parkway, N., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33637, and the Customer (“Customer”). Unbounded Labs and Customer are sometimes referred to jointly as the “parties” or singularly as a “party.”
