This INTERLOCAL SERVICE AGREEMENT, pursuant to K.S.A. 12-2908, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, is made and entered into this day of , 2004, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas, by and through the Office of County Manager of Johnson County, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY”, and the City of Overland Park, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the “CITY”, for the purpose of establishing terms, conditions, and responsibilities under which the COUNTY will administer a Minor Home Repair Program and a Revitalization Program, hereinafter referred to as the “Program”, to assist low-to-moderate income residents of the CITY.
