This Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release (the “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into as of the date last executed below, by and between CraftWorks Parent, LLC and its debtor affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors” or the “Company”), Fortress Credit Co LLC (“Fortress”), as administrative agent and collateral agent for and on behalf of itself and the debtor-in-possession lenders to the Company, and James Lebs, former Chief Financial Officer of the Company (“Mr. Lebs”). Each of the Debtors, Fortress, and Mr. Lebs are a “Party” and are, collectively, the “Parties” to this Settlement Agreement.
