Insurance: Therapy Solutions participates in most insurance plans including Medicare & Medicaid. If you do not wish to use your insurance or are insured by a plan we are not contracted with, payment in full is expected at the time of service. If you are insured by a plan we are contracted with, a copy of your current insurance card is required. If you are covered under more than one insurance plan, you must provide all insurance information at the time of service. It is your responsibility to know and understand your insurance benefits.
