This Grant Award Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on by and between CENTRAL COAST COMMUNITY ENERGY (“CCCE”) and the City of San Luis Obispo (hereinafter “GRANTEE”). CCCE and GRANTEE may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
