This Contribution Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 28, 2018, by and among MR2 Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Parent”), Precision Opinion, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and the shareholders of the Company as listed in Exhibit A attached hereto (each, a “Shareholder,” and collectively, the “Shareholders”).
