This Hardware Maintenance Agreement (the “Agreement”) shall come into force on the date the last party signs it (the “Commencement Date”) and shall continue for an initial period of three (3) years (the “Initial Agreement Term”) and shall continue after the Initial Term indefinitely unless and until terminated by either Party in accordance with Clause 7 or pursuant to any other Clause which permits termination at any time (the “Term”).
