The Board of Directors of CSE Global Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has today entered into a management consultancy agreement (the “Management Consultancy Agreement”) with Tan Mok Koon (“TMK”) to appoint TMK as a consultant to oversee the entire operations and management of the Company’s subsidiary, CSE One Pte. Ltd. (“CSE One”) and its subsidiaries (if any) including without limitation CSE One’s financial, human resource and operational functions, and the growth strategy and plans and the implementation thereof.
