These Terms and Conditions together with a purchase order form the agreement (“Agreement”). Purchase orders shall be in writing and duly signed by BC Motorhomes in order to be valid and enforceable. Any document of Supplier which purports to modify the Agreement does not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by BC Motorhomes.
