This OnApp Cloud Agreement (“Agreement“) is made between OnApp Limited, Montagu Pavilion, 8-10 Queensway, Gibraltar (“OnApp”) and any person or legal entity whose application to purchase a licence for the Product(s) (defined in Clause 1.1) on the terms and conditions of this Agreement is approved by OnApp (“Customer”). This Agreement takes effect on the Commencement Date (as defined in Clause 1.1). Any person who signs this Agreement represents to OnApp that the person is lawfully able to enter into contracts; and is an employee of the Customer who is duly authorised to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Customer.
