This Academic and Business Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between KIPP Administrative Services Corporation, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation (“KASC”), and KIPP Parkside Charter School, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation (the “School”) (each a “Party” and together, the “Parties”).
