This Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”) applies to the State of Washington Office of Financial Management’s (“Customer” or “OFM”) purchases under the NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #AR2507 (“NASPO Agreement”) and the related Participating Addendum entered into by Workday Inc. (“Workday”) and the State of Washington (identified as Washington Master Contract No.: 05116). Customer’s address is Office of Financial Management, 302 Sid Snyder Ave. SW, Olympia, WA 98501. This Agreement is binding upon Customer and Workday on and from the date by which it is signed below by authorized representatives of both parties (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement applies to OFM’s purchases and use, and Workday’s delivery to OFM, of the Services and Additional Offerings and it applies in lieu of Attachments B (Workday Master Subscription Agreement and sample Order Forms) and G (Production Support and Service Level Availability, and Security Exhibit) of the NASPO Agreement.
