By signing this form, I authorize my Accompanist to charge me the following fee as indicated. I understand that the amount of accompanying time I select below covers the time I work with the accompanist this semester at lessons and rehearsals and my end-of-semester jury performance. Furthermore, I understand that the times for all events including Student Showcase, Sophomore Review, or Junior & Senior Recitals. Studio recital performance, recordings or any rehearsals and performance outside UND Music events are not included in the plan that you purchase. My accompanist is not permitted to work more than they are assigned for within this contract. Any extra hours of work should be negotiated with your accompanist.
