This agreement, made this day of 2024, by and between the Town of Bedford, a municipal corporation with its principal office located at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York 10507 (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”), and Jason Charles, d/b/a Bazodee, LLC, with a principal office located at 1 Howe Circle, Bedford Hills, NY 10507 (hereinafter referred to as the “Concessionaire”).
