THIS AGREEMENT is by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth or Company”), a Georgia corporation, and Alternative Phone, Inc. (“Alternative Phone”), a Florida corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of September 16, 1997.
