The Drug Court, having joined as a team, agree to collaborate in an effort to reduce substance abuse and drug related criminal activity in their jurisdiction by supporting a comprehensive program of services to meet the needs of the Drug Court participants. Therefore, we, the team members, commit to maintaining the confidentiality of client information in accordance with Part 2 of Title 42 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R. 42 Part 2) governing confidentiality of substance use disorder treatment records. Any information about program participants discussed at pre-court staffing or obtained by any member of the Drug Court Team in their role as a team member is confidential and should not be discussed outside of the Drug Court team. No information learned during pre-court staffing may be shared with any outside agency or any person who is not a member of the drug court team, nor may it be used for any purpose other than that required for the duties and responsibilities of the team, unle
