INTERNSHIP TRAINING AGREEMENTInternship Training Agreement • June 1st, 2012
This agreement, to be signed by the student, the employer, and the Chair of the Digital Media Arts Program, is assurance that the participating student will gain quality on-the-job experience that can be awarded college credit. The student must work a minimum of 165 hours during a period of no less than 6 weeks and no more than 14 weeks. The student may start their internship before the beginning of the academic quarter if the student pre-registers for DMA 292 and the beginning date is agreed upon by all parties. It is understood by all parties that the internship is temporary; the employer is under no obligation to continue the internship or make any offer of permanent employment to the student following the last day of the internship indicated below.
