OECM-C-2011-144-01 A Client Supplier Agreement (CSA) has been established with Staples Advantage for the provision of Toner Cartridges. The initial term of the Agreement is for two (2) years with the option to extend the Agreement, on the same terms and conditions, for one (1) X two (2) year term. OECM has exercised its right to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year period thus extending the agreement to October 26, 2015. Effective Date: 10/26/2011 Expiry Date: 10/26/2015
