The general purpose of this Agreement to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Association and to provide a means for the prompt settlement of disputes. Salaries, hours of work and other conditions of employment are mutually established by this Collective Agreement'. It recognized that nurses wish to work co-operatively with the Employer to provide the best community health services.
