AX-S-ANYWHERE provides its service to Customer conditioned upon Customer’s acceptance, in its entirety, of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. AX-S-ANYWHERE may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, add/or remove portions of this Agreement, and the service provided hereunder, at any time. AX-S-ANYWHERE will notify Customer of any such changes by posting the modified Agreement on the AX-S-ANYWHERE Web site: www.ax-s-anywhere.com, or sending notice via email, postal mail, or other means to Customer. Customer’s continued use of the service following notice of such change shall be deemed to be Customer’s acceptance of any such modification. If Customer does not agree to any such modification, Customer must immediately stop using the service and notify AX-S-ANYWHERE that Customer is terminating this Agreement in accordance with the notice provisions contained herein.
