WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Compton Community College District (“District”) and Dr. Keith Curry (“Curry” or “President/Chief Executive Officer”) are parties to a contract for employment, which was entered into effective July 1, 2016, and amended on December 11, 2018, and December 17, 2019 (“the Contract”); and
