This Master Services Agreement for Lucid Marketplace Services (“Agreement”), effective as September 16, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., a Florida corporation with offices at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821 (“Customer”), and Lucid Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation, with its principal office located at 365 Canal Street, Suite 3100, New Orleans, LA 70130 (“Lucid”). Customer and Lucid will be referred to individually each as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
