This Master Loan Servicing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated and is between Madison Management Services, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, as Servicing Agent (hereafter referred to as “Servicer”), and , (hereafter referred to as “Client”), who is the originator or transferee and holder of certain promissory notes (the “Notes”), which Notes are secured by Deeds of Trust (the “Deeds of Trust”) or Mortgages (the “Mortgages,” and collectively with the Notes may hereafter be referred to as the “Loan” or “Loans”) for private and institutional investors or lenders (the “Lenders”).
