This Agreement is entered into by and between Grand Canyon Education Inc. d/b/a Grand Canyon University (GCU), with its principal place of business located at 3300 West Camelback Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85017 and South Texas College with its principal place of business located at 3201 W. Pecan Blvd, McAllen, Texas 78501. This Agreement refers to GCU and Participant collectively as “the parties.” This agreement shall replace or supersede all other agreements between the parties.
