I, (sublessee) wish to sublet King Apartment # 1 from Linda Schultz (sublessor). I will be a member of King House located at 803 Kingsley Avenue Ann Arbor Michigan 48104 for the period shown above and will be jointly and severally liable for all ICC charges. I understand that this contract is only valid for persons who are members of the Inter- Cooperative Council. I also understand that I am, together with all other members from the house, primarily responsible for effective management of the house services. If any information I provide is untrue or misleading, I will be deemed to have defaulted under this Contract.
